Except fate seems to have a different plan for you as you are struck by one of those uncontrollable visions. But this one's different. You've had one or two of these before, but you're still not prepared to see the past; a bloody and broken body and flashing lights, the gentle beeping of a hospital monitor.
When the vision passes you're clutching the door frame and stooped over. It's hard to focus on reality when you're seeing through time. But you recognized the body and that just seems to complicate everything. You can't just leave now. [/center] CALI: Ross

You are the Seer, that's why you had those visions in the first place. The only thing you wish is to be able to control them, because this one had horrible timing. Or maybe it was purposefully horrible. There was something controlling them anyway, to time it like that.
But how do you talk to the guy you just rejected about his past suicide attempt? That part isn't covered in the Seer handbook. At some point in the last few minutes the tears started again. Oh God. [/center] CALI: It was

Which just made everything worse. You move the seed aside and sit down beside him, looking down at your feet, trying to avoid looking at the scars more than the courtesy glance. You feel like you could. Well you think you do. You're not sure how you're feeling anymore. On one hand you're terrified of hurting Ross more by getting too close and raising his hopes. On the other hand you just want to hold him tight and hug him and never let go.
