It has already been established that you really have no idea how to strut. If you did, you are certain you would be quite bad at it.
You rest your head back on Venn's chest
[/center] that's, uh, basically it, really
Venn's heartbeat really is very soothing.
You find yourself drifting towards the edge of sleep.
But you can't fall asleep just yet. It's going to start raining heavily in less than an hour. You have to do something about that. You decide to treat Venn to a show in the meantime.
You become a silhouette window into space, a viewpoint directly above where you're lying now. The Earth's weather patterns are clearly visible, including the rapidly-approaching squall.
Purely for visual effect, green lighting flickers through you as you scatter the stormclouds, flattening them into a harmless cloudbank. You take the opportunity to make a few smaller adjustments and bring the sun out from behind a cloud.
The day was already warm and pleasant.
You just made it warmer and pleasanter.
You close the viewpoint, returning to your plain old regular self as you snuggle up closer to Venn, sighing contentedly.
This is the perfect time for a nap. [/center] |

It's kinda hard to wrap your head around the enormity of Cory's nature. You try, of course, and you generally do a QUITE ADMIRABLE JOB OF IT, owing mostly to your INQUISITIVE YET TOLTERANT MIND. However, what she just showed you does make your jaw drop a little.
You are very impressed. Cory snuggles up next to you and you wrap an arm on her. She drifts off to sleep.
