Living in a desert, there was always enough dirt to go around and he felt it was his goal in life to purge it from his humble abode. He lived with his lusus, Minesweeper. Minesweeper spent most of his time hanging from the ceiling of the top floor, asleep, but would wake up every few weeks and go on a rampage, destroying the house and often injuring Fai. Occasionally he would go down to the basement and cut the power. Minesweeper vaguely resembled a spider crab, though he was much larger, his limbs extending fifteen feet. He was nearly killed by several giant, vicious worm lusus while going through his trials deep in Alternia's caves. He was saved at the last second by Minesweeper, who fell from the cavern ceiling and tore the worms to pieces. Had he not been capable of dodging out of the way in time he probably would have been murdered by his lusus. [style=font-size:14px; letter-spacing: 3px; border-bottom: dotted 1px white;]home[/style] ❧ Failow's hive is pretty average, though maybe a bit smaller than most. It only has one floor above ground, as he had opted to build downward instead of up, figuring less sand would get in that way. Unfortunately it's pretty dark on the lower levels and the power often goes out, either being knocked out by sand storms or by his rampaging lusus. His bedroom is on the first sub-level. It's one of the larger rooms in his hive and is filled with neatly arranged couches, tables, book shelves, and easels. [style=font-size:14px; letter-spacing: 3px; border-bottom: dotted 1px white;]typing style[/style] ❧ Fai does not english and grammar well&usually typs kinda likesthis in an icky brown color. It's kind of weird actually because he's pretty literate and coherent on paper, but he's never been good with computers and has trouble conveying his thoughts via instant messaging. Keyboards mystify him. He also tends to ramble and go off on tangents that are only vaguely reminiscent of the original topic. [style=font-size:14px; letter-spacing: 3px; border-bottom: dotted 1px white;]symbol[/style] ❧ Brown μ [style=font-size:14px; letter-spacing: 3px; border-bottom: dotted 1px white;]fetch modus[/style] ❧ It's fairly broken. He is not good at making these things work, and it'd actually started out as a decent fetch modus he'd gotten as a gift. It was pretty basic, allowing him to select items via a fairly fast-scrolling highlight over his cards. Unfortunately it was a bit too fast for him to be able to use it well and he tried to modify it to slow down. This broke it, and now it just highlights randomly and much, much faster than before. He's gotten a bit better at selecting items, but... not much. When he picks up too many items things are expelled randomly and not always in one piece. Beware. Because it's broken, he can't turn on "detect collisions". He does have a checkbox next to no text that can expel everything from his fetch modus though. It usually ends violently and with most of his items being destroyed and a few cards being lost. [style=font-size:14px; letter-spacing: 3px; border-bottom: dotted 1px white;]powers & skills[/style] ❧ He's very fast and unnaturally skilled at dodging and avoiding attacks, which usually makes up for the fact that he's weak and does very little damage when fighting. He can clean anything. Anything. [style=font-size:14px; letter-spacing: 3px; border-bottom: dotted 1px white;]medium[/style] ❧ The land of housework and worms is pretty much what it sounds like: an endless expense of horrible murderdeath. White sand-dust stretches as far as the optical spheres can see, settlements of large houses cropping up here and there. It would at first appear abandoned until one takes a few steps, effectively upsetting the consorts beneath the sand. Dull brown worms live in this world, spending most of their time underground, occasionally surfacing to host wild parties in the houses. Abraxas lives deep underground and has been causing horrible earthquakes that both upset the consorts and wreck the houses. [style=font-size:14px; letter-spacing: 3px; border-bottom: dotted 1px white;]sidequest[/style] ❧ Find all 100 crystals scattered across the land of housework and worms.
