Okay, we have several trolls in now with more on the way! Our session's reached its completion. We have plenty of room to play around all across the timeline with these guys but setting some basic things down will help make that easier!
Things: - How do these kids know one another/what is their basic stance on each other? - Maybe come up with some things they did together at some point in the past. Possibly play those? - BUT WHO WAS SERVER/CLIENT PLAYER - How did we get this game anyway? - Uh. Shenanigans. IDK.
Much like canon it's probably reasonable if not everyone knew one another and was besties at outset and it was kind of friends dragging in friends of friends.
For Meiran, she's probably made a handful of internet buddies who will tolerate her occasionally ranting about all the things that pissed her off that day and maybe playing FLARP and other games with her. She's probably a notoriously bad strategist, she just throws everything under the wheels in favor of diving in head-first-dagger-drawn-teeth-bared.

For the record, Anguis will likely be that awkward friend-of-a-friend who doesn't like anyone and kind of just wants to crawl into a hole and ignore everything 8'D
We could have gotten the game by like idk if an adventuresexual troll shows up, they could have found it or something? like in ruins, like Aradia did?
also just curious are the teams split up by dreamers again? like Derse is the red team and Prospit is the blue team?

Lol poor Anguis. This is probably the shittiest game to be roped into playing.
I think that would be the simplest way to explain finding it. If we get a tech-centered troll ala Sollux or something it'd be possible to explain with them too, or even just like... someone stole it off the internet off a server they really shouldn't have been messing with or somesuch.
Re: Dreamers, so far with the three we have in it seems split that way! I know I personally don't mind whether it stays that way or not. :|a

I'm planning to have my troll to be really melodramatic and theatrical, roleplays his drama sometimes, but otherwise a nice guy. Jade blooded Prospit dreamer. Just putting this here to give you guys a heads up, hopefully work something out before actually taking part of threads?

Welp. Baltyr is kind of bored in general when speaking. He's just like meh, it's a game. Generally speaking, he needs a friend to refer him to the game. He has a troll friend at his hive but that one will die with Alternia~ so he cannot be his server player. NOPE. Balthier isn't technologically impaired but he's no master hacker, so he will not decode any Sgrub today. To be honest, my troll can know ALL OF YOU, I would love for some Pesterchum interaction. <3 So please don't be shy and contact me there so we can RP. That will give us some foundation to move forward with our story and/or character relationship plots!!

Well, i'm still making Ariaqi, but i'm getting pretty close to getting her all finished up. In particular, with her Ancestor. I was hoping that we could get like, multiple people in on this - like how the ancestors for canon were all really entwined with each other in all sorts of ways XD
Ariaqi's ancestor is the LODESTAR/SIGNLESS ((There's already a pending troll who follows the signless, wrote as so in the history, so I guess she's got to use that name too?)) To sort of fit with the general 'feel' of the canon, the Lodestar still sees visions of pre-scratch Alternia and all that fun stuff and decides that the peace she felt in the visions was eons better than the current world where people suffered constantly.
That's where the canon stops, really. Lodestar had a 3-part plan; the first part was setting up a contingency plan/plan B. This was accomplished by setting up beacons which were run by complex ~ATH scripts (Not scripted by Lodestar) which would need to be complex in order to be uneditable and to undergo various changes in script upon the death of Lodestar. They would serve to guide everyone who came across them and show others the same visions she had. The Lodestar would try to gain followers to help, but would not start preaching, even in secret, just yet. The Lodestar opted to remain as secretive as possible.
The second part of the plan I was hoping I could get the Anointed or any other highblood to plot with. Since Ariaqi (And the Lodestar) were Maids of Mind, the Lodestar tried to protect every troll living out there by trying to present new ways of thinking and different perspectives. The goal of this would be to try and prove that change is possible. I was thinking that the Anointed could have possibly been someone chasing after the Lodestar while she had emotional/intellectual bouts with the Highblood, remaining in the shadow for as long as possible as she tried to sway one of the strongest enforcers of the hemospectrum to a new, less horribly violent and immovable way of thinking? I'm not saying she succeeded - just throwing out ideas.
The third part of the plan, upon when the second part was complete, would last until the Lodestar's death as she begun to openly preach to others, to give compassion where good had gone and bring hope of a better time that is, most definitively, possible. I was thinking, since the Ancestors seemed to have a mostly dramatic end... why not have the Lodestar get betrayed by someone close? Perhaps one of her followers was manipulated into betrayal or someone had decided that the Lodestar was not of the right mind and turned on her themselves or maybe they were even threatened by someone else and had no choice but to turn to betrayal? I didn't want to copy what the Sufferer was and make her die, well, suffering like he did up there - so I thought betrayal would have been a nice twist, right?
SO TO SUM IT ALL UP: I'm plotting to hopefully find an ancestor willing to: ~Help my ancestor with ~ATH coding ~Do a lot of other stuff because the Lodestar NEEDS HELP ._. an entire civilization is against her! ~A highblood of some sort that has a lot of intellectual/emotional battles with each other while the Lodestar uses her skill at plotting beforehand to prevent her own death. Maybe she was betrayed in a way that let the highblood get past one of her plans and kill her? ~A betrayer (Lol it'd be REALLY awesome if someone made an ancestor named the BETRAYER too. Eight letter word and it sounds BADASS.) to stab the Lodestar in the back.
What you guys think? -Hopes I was contributiful and not badful!-
EDIT: THE BETRAYER has been taken by ADONIS.

Some of what I want to happen:
I want Caegar to be almost universally disliked. Like, Vriska-level loathing.
To the point where the only reason Caegar even heard about the game and joined in was because she heard Anguis was playing, and so joined the team opposing her.
I'd also like for Caegar to have spent a lot of time on Derse working on Operation Regicide and arranging for exiles for everybody, getting in with the Black Queen and fucking with Derse politics.

To keep with the lowbloods vs highbloods thing, the rustblood and mustardblood should be on the blue team, and the tealblood and ceruleanblood should be on the red team. Hopefully peeps making these will read this. x3
SO ENTERING ORDER. Since we have a blood theme going on, maybe they could have entered by way of ranking?
So it would be (server -> client) Blue Team rust -> Oughre -> mustard -> Ariaqi -> Anguis -> Adonis
Red Team teal -> cerulean -> Baltyr -> Caegar -> Meiran -> Slaier
And then Slaier -> rust and Adonis -> teal to bring the double reacharound to a close.
Thoughts? c:

Just to let you know my Teal blood application is up and pending review. He's part of the red team.
Also, one thing that is going to need to be worked out is who's server player to who.

Well, he has listed the server-client thing above. We need a cerulean blood. XD Or Baltyr is gonna have to rely on his goofy soon-to-be-dead moirail.

SO. I'm gunna put in my two cents. c:
I'm good with the server list. Mohavi could have very well gotten bullied into being the server, oblivious to the fact he was in the first place, due to his naivety he's an unwitting pushover sometimes.
As far as friendships for him go, he's relatively new to the whole circle. He only had a husktop half a sweep before the game, and no contact with other trolls before that. So he's kind of.. awkward toward the others, but eager to be on normal terms with everyone. Healthy friendships and hateships alike. Mostly friendshippy things. The first troll he ever had contact with would probably be the one he is.. clingy to. Perhaps a late blooming moirail. So I'm eager to plot him with everyone as soon as I get off my lazy butt and make him a plot page.
As far as the humans go, he's a strong advocate of getting to know as much about them as possible. So he could be the main one in charge of research on them, perhaps?
Aaand for his ancestor, the SNATCHER, I need the highblood who enslaved him and cut off his hands for stealing. I kinda want a forbidden redrom relationship with them, but doesn't have to be. Could be pure blackrom.
In addition, even if some of the trolls didn't know each other before the game, they would now, cramped together on the meteor. So they'd all need to have some kind of relationship to one another. We'll need to get this sorted out eventually. c:
