Now, her parents weren't the type of musicians you know today. They were classical musicians. Growing up, she hated classical music. Ryme would much rather listen to The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, any sort of music within that genre. Her fondest memories involved her little brother, Riot. While she was growing up, she had to follow the same set of rules which he had to - do nothing, say nothing, and get what you want. Why should she argue with that? Her parents made lots of money and they were well off, after all. What kid wouldn't dream of having that life? It was a whole different story when she and Riot were together. They would do whatever they wanted. When it rained, they would romp around in the puddles and mud, get ice cream in the middle of winter, anything that went against their parents' rules. Truth be told, Ryme had the most fun with him. When Riot turned 12, their parents became even more famous than they had been before, and decided to leave. This was when he came to live with her in London while she attended college, and this was okay with her. During this time, she introduced him to all sorts of music, ranging from Green Day to Alice Cooper. It seemed like the music she showed him revealed another side of him - a reckless and insensitive jerk. Ryme knew her brother, though. She knew a softer side to him still existed, masked by this cruel facade. She understood exactly why this ruse existed, though she wouldn't bug him about it unless he was willing to talk about it. As long as he was happy, then she was happy. Recently he's been talking about this fancy new game everybody seems to be playing online. It never seemed to pique Ryme's interest all that much, but she figured she'd better keep an eye on Riot while he plays this game. You never know what might happen, right? Sure, she may be exaggerating a little bit, but when it comes to Riot, she'll do anything to make sure he stays safe. [style=font-size:14px; letter-spacing: 3px; border-bottom: dotted 1px white;]home[/style] ❧ At first Ryme lived in Wales with her parents and little brother, then she moved to a flat in London to attend college. The flat is rather nice, actually. It has decently large rooms, and are usually kept fairly clean. Ryme's room is a whole different story, though. It's always messy, just like Riot's, as they usually have contests to see who's room is the messiest. AJ: Whenever she's feeling excited, she'll use multiple exclamation points!!!!!!! AJ: Whenever she's really curious, she'll use multiple question marks?  ?AJ: Sometimes she'll even CAPITALIZE CERTAIN WORDS in her text to REALLY EMPHASIZE SOMETHING. She doesn't really know why she went with this one. She probably thought it was cool at the time. With this modus, Ryme gets a maximum of twelve items, one to assign to each hour of the clock. Now, here's the catch; Ryme can only use a specified item on the hour which it is assigned to. The cards she uses for her modus are yellow. [style=font-size:14px; letter-spacing: 3px; border-bottom: dotted 1px white;]powers & skills[/style] ❧ One of Ryme's most notable skills is photography. She is very proficient with a camera, and she's happy that she has a job in which she can use her photographing skills. Besides for her job, Ryme does photography as a hobby. She's not all that sure how she came to love photography so much. She thinks it may be due to her eye for detail, or she wants people to see the world the way she does through her photos. She also has a thing for music. Since Ryme has such a passion for music, she took on learning an instrument. Unlike her parents, she never learned to play any classical instruments. Instead, she decided to learn to play the drums, which is the instrument that she's best at. Since drums aren't exactly mobile, she also learned how to play the electric guitar; Les Paul to be more specific. Fashion is another major skill. Being part of a fashion magazine, Ryme has learned a lot about fashion. She can whip an outfit together almost out of nothing. She also knows a thing or two about what colours and patterns go together the best. Finally, journalism. This is her job, and she's pretty darn good at it. Those years of college have definitely paid off. [style=font-size:14px; letter-spacing: 3px; border-bottom: dotted 1px white;]quest[/style] ❧ Ryme's main quest is pretty generic; to watch over Riot and keep him out of harm's way as much as possible. Besides that, she'd like to either form her own band, or join one. It doesn't matter much to her, it's just something she'd really like to achieve. That can wait, though. What matters the most to her is her little brother.
