In general, you don't get to fraymotif shops until your character hits the Medium.
Furthermore, we'd appreciate it if you could justify your character having a fuck ton of boonbucks to spend. "Shenanigans" isn't quite good enough, but dumb explanations like TRIPPED OVER BURIED TREASURE are totally legit for the regular fraymotifs. However, buying endgame nukes should reflect your character's actual ingame efforts.
